Welcome to Our School!

Our Foyer

Building Blocks is beautifully designed. The center was developed with the child’s sense of discovery and exploration in mind; classrooms are spacious, fun, and colorful to encourage learning, play, and a sense of belonging. We want our parents to think of our school as their home away from home and not a sterile, clinical environment.

We aim to help children become active explorers, self confident, independent, and enthusiastic learners. We are committed to offering children and teachers a multicultural learning experience where each person is valued and respected.

We understand the anxiety associated with leaving your child at school, all day. Our goal at Building Blocks is to make each child and their family feel welcome and at ease. Building Blocks has an open door policy, parents are welcome to drop in or call at any time during the day to check up on their little ones.

Thank you for taking the time to visit and explore our school via this website, we look forward to meeting you and your child soon.

Why Preschool

Preschool prepares your child for elementary school where the big-time learning begins. Preschool affords your child an opportunity to develop social skills such as learning how to follow directions, cooperation and taking turns. Preschool also introduces children to language skills, letters, math, counting, reading, and art all of which will be required when entering kindergarten. Giving your child this early start will afford them the best opportunity possible to succeed in elementary school and beyond.
